Weekly schedule

DAYS 1–7
Deepening the Roots
The first week is all about grounding yourself in the foundations while expanding into more advanced levels of practice.
We begin by reconnecting with the traditional roots of Hatha Yoga and understanding how modern yoga has evolved. During this phase, you explore the biomechanics of movement, the function and structure of joints, and the deeper layers of alignment that shape sustainable yoga practice.
You will refine foundational asanas with updated alignment principles, learn how to observe bodies more accurately, and practice integrating breath into every movement. This week builds a strong internal and external awareness, preparing you for therapeutic exploration ahead.
Homework includes observation exercises, breath awareness logs, and posture reflection.

Days 8–14
Strength, Mobility and Intelligent Sequencing
Week two focuses on building strength safely, improving mobility, and learning how to create intelligent, meaningful yoga sequences.
Here you discover how the body moves through functional patterns, how to prevent injuries, and how to design practices that support different bodies and different needs.
We look closely at the spine, hips and shoulders, understanding how to warm them up and prepare them for advanced postures. Teaching methodology becomes more refined as you learn how to use your voice clearly, offer precise verbal cues, and guide students through advanced transitions.
You will also begin practicing longer mini-teaching sessions, receiving feedback to help you grow as a teacher.

Days 15–21
Breath, Meditation and Yogic Psychology
In the third week, the focus moves inward toward breath, mind and the subtle body. You begin practicing advanced pranayama, using breath to influence your energy and nervous system. Meditation techniques are introduced gradually, helping you develop a deeper sense of focus, presence and inner stillness.
Alongside practice, we explore yogic psychology, understanding how ancient philosophy supports emotional balance and mental clarity in modern life. Paths such as Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga are discussed in a practical way so that you can integrate their teachings into daily life and share them confidently in your future classes.
This week strengthens your ability to guide meditative and breath-based sessions with ease and confidence.

Days 22–28
Therapeutic Yoga, Adjustments and Real-Body Assessment
This week marks an important transformation in your teaching approach. Here you learn how to work with real bodies, understand limitations, and support students with different physical and emotional conditions. You will study therapeutic yoga for back pain, hip and knee issues, shoulder tension and stress-related imbalances.
Hands-on adjustments are taught in a gentle, safe and effective way, allowing you to guide students deeper into postures without force. You will create therapeutic sequences, learn how to use props creatively and work with restorative methods to help regulate the nervous system.
By this stage, you begin teaching longer, more advanced classes with full oversight and supportive feedback from lead teachers.

Days 29–33
Integration, Teaching Practicum and Certification
The final phase brings everything together. You will learn how to design complete 75–90 minute therapeutic classes, how to hold space for a group, and how to express your unique teaching style with confidence.
After reviewing adjustments, alignment methods and sequencing principles, you will move into your final teaching practicum, where you guide a full class under supervision.
Written and practical assessments follow, ensuring that you complete the program with clarity and competence. The training ends with a heartfelt closing ceremony and the awarding of your certification, marking your graduation as an advanced, alignment-based and therapeutically skilled yoga teacher.
